By purchasing items from Richcolour Productions you agree to abide to all set conditions of purchase.

Richcolour Productions reserves the right to update this policy. If significant changes are made to this policy a prominent notice will be displayed on the FC Shop website.

Use of Richcolour Productions

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use Richcolour Productions content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Richcolour Productions content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Richcolour Productions content requires the prior written permission of Proprietor Richard Lewis.

You agree to use Richcolour Productions only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Richcolour Productions. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Richcolour Productions.

Cancellation of an order

In order to cancel an order you must email Richcolour Productions using info@fc-shop.co.uk. If you cancel your order after your item(s) has been dispatched you must follow the Returns Procedure.

Richcolour Productions believes in complete customer satisfaction. Please use the Contact us page if you have any comments or questions.

Richcolour Productions endeavours to respond to all enquires made by customers within 24 hours.

Terms & Conditions

All goods and services described on this site are subject to E&OE.

All offers are subject to availability and maybe changed or withdrawn at any time.

Items will either be dispatched from stock held at Richcolour Productions' London office, or direct from FC Shop's supplier's warehouse in Manchester, UK. 

If an item is found to be out of stock after purchase has been made, a full and immediate refund will be made to the customer's original payment method, and the customer will be informed by email.

All goods will be delivered to an address specified by the customer. Richcolour Productions reserves the right to cancel an order and refund payment, if it is believed that the order has been placed fraudulently, or if it is believed that the order has been placed without proper good reason, or with intent to disrupt Richcolour Production's operating practices.

If a package is damaged during postage please contact Richcolour Productions at your earliest opportunity, using info@fc-shop.co.uk or other methods on the Contact Us page.

None of our terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

Whilst every care and effort has been taken during the construction and publication of the fc-shop.co.uk website and the pages it contains, Richcolour Productions cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained on these pages, or any claim arising from it. Please note that pictures used within the site are for reference only, and are not photos of the actual item you will receive. Some photos may have been enchanced, touched-up or edited, however it is intended that all pictures give a true representation of the item on sale.

All pricing on this site is based on a mail order purchase. If a similar item is sold in a retail shop the price may be different. All prices are E & OE.
