Fast UK Delivery!

Items are typically dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday. FC Shop's goal is to achieve 'next day delivery' of your items. Items are sent in the UK by Royal Mail First Class, and are subject to the normal Royal Mail delivery time.

The delivery price is calculated by matching the total weight of your item(s) to the Royal Mail weight and size band. This is the fairest and cheapest method for you. FC Shop keeps delivery costs to a minimum.

International Shipping

Orders that require shipping to an address outside of the UK are sent by the Airmail Small Packets service. UK Royal Mail say this typically takes 3-5 working days. Postage is calculated by weight, and FC Shop aims to charge a fair postage price based on the weight of your item(s), plus packaging costs.

Reassuring Returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item FC Shop will offer you a full refund. Just email info@fc-shop.co.uk within seven days of receiving the item, and say that you would like a refund. You'll then be informed about how you can return the goods. The full purchase price will be refunded via your original payment method, once the goods have been confirmed as returned.

If FC Shop has made a mistake and sent you a wrong item, please email info@fc-shop.co.uk and let us know. The situation will be rectified as a matter of urgency.

FC Shop is based in London, UK. Items will be dispatched from stock held at FC Shop's London premises, or direct from FC Shop's UK-based suppliers.

FC Shop strictly adheres to the law regarding Distance Selling. This policy does not affect your existing rights as a consumer.
